One of my significant achievements includes the creation of a centralized reporting system, seamlessly running on a LAMP stack and aggregating data from diverse APIs such as Cisco CJP Analyzer, Twilio, Office365, and Veracity Phone Recordings. This comprehensive system incorporates email automation, integrating information from Newtin, server performance metrics, outage detection, and ticket creation. As a project lead for the Blue Stakes website overhaul, I collaborated with leadership to design and launch the current website. I also spearheaded the development and successful launch of our first-ever mobile app, available on both the Apple Store and Google Play, leveraging data from WordPress and Norfield services. Furthermore, I developed the "Observer" application, empowering supervisors to efficiently manage agents across the entire contact center. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in implementing the on-prem Atlassian platform, powering Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket instances, later migrating to the cloud. I also championed the adoption of the first-generation training platform Moodle, breaking geographical barriers and expanding our talent pool by allowing external hires beyond the initial 1-hour radius standing requirement.
